On 15 and 16 May 2026, WordCamp Portugal 2026 will bring together around 300 members of the WordPress community for two days dedicated to sharing, learning and connecting professionals, enthusiasts and WordPress users across Portugal. After several national editions held in Lisbon and Porto, the event now embraces a new identity: WordCamp Portugal. Will you join us?
We are excited to officially open the call for speakers. WordCamp exists because of the people who step on stage to share real experiences, practical knowledge and different perspectives. Speakers are the true foundation of WordCamp — without them, the event simply wouldn’t happen.
WordCamp Portugal 2026 aims to be inclusive, diverse and accessible, reflecting the richness of the WordPress community across the country. We are looking for speaker proposals from people with different backgrounds, areas of expertise and levels of experience. Whatever your background, if you have something relevant to share, we want to hear from you.
The programme will feature two tracks, with talks and workshops covering the entire WordPress ecosystem: development, design, performance, security, marketing, business, content and much more. If you have an idea, a solution or a lesson that could help other members of the community, this is your opportunity.
You don’t need to be a professional speaker. You just need experience in your topic and the willingness to contribute. The spirit of sharing is what defines WordCamp and strengthens the WordPress community.
