Gemny Andreina Ibarra Salamanca

Gemny Andreina Ibarra Salamanca

Gemny Ibarra is the founder of GrowU, a Porto-based agency specializing in AI automation and personal development. As a technologist and coach, she believes technology should amplify our humanity. In her English-language workshop, From Burnout to Balance: Build Your AI Accountability Bot Gemny will teach participants how to use no-code tools like Make.com to build a personal Telegram bot. This session focuses on using automation for mental health and burnout prevention, showing that technology can be used to heal rather than just increase “hustle.”

Milana Cap

Milana Cap

Milana Cap is a WordPress engineer at XWP and Toptal, and a long-time leader within the WordPress Documentation Team and various release cycles. She has helped organize several major WordCamps, including WordCamp Europe. Her talk in English, WordPress gems for devs: Accessibility with Interactivity API,” dives into the impact of the Interactivity API on modern web development. Milana will demonstrate how this API—inspired by Symfony’s Live components—is built with speed, extensibility, and, most importantly, accessibility best practices at its core.

José Freitas

José Freitas

José Freitas is a marketing specialist and the founder of Kaksi Media, having built WordPress sites since 2008. A dedicated community member, he served as a lead organizer for WordCamp Europe in 2022 and 2023. His presentation in Portuguese, Dá um rosto à IA: O Método F.A.C.E. para conteúdo de autoridade em WordPress (“Give a Face to AI: The F.A.C.E. Method for Authority Content in WordPress”), introduces a strategic formula to humanize AI. He will explain how to overcome generic AI output using his four pillars—Function, Activity, Context, and Execution—to create high-quality, authoritative content.
